The worst experience ever! Never contact them again. The agent on the lone was super rude and disrespectful. He thinks if he works as a letting agent he is a king and has a right to treat others as nothing. I called to arrange a viewing, but he says as we are self employed he can not do it! For me it is nonsense as we are not middle working class people, but we have our own companies with people employed in it, and being treated as we are people who are not deserving even to show properties even when we said we can pay upfront. So unpleasant experience! So insulted
In the amidst of the pandemic, we had to find a long-term apartment in London while we were locked-down in Spain, and H&G made it extremely simple for us not only showing us all the options according to our preferences, but also taking care of all the admin arrangements. Not only that, during our tenancy, they provided us a direct communication channel for support. Amazing service, very responsive and professional team.
I have had an amazing experience as a new tenant with H&G! From property viewing, to tenancy agreements and post-moving assistance, the whole team is extremely helpful and are always quick with responses. I would highly recommend!
Just a few days into my tenancy, but it’s been a pleasure to deal with the H&G team. Alex’s humble, honest, friendly and informative approach made me feel at ease throughout the process, from the house viewing till now. Both him and Hanna have been very quick and efficient in responding to my queries and they kept me informed throughout the process. By swiftly dealing with a few routine initial issues has proven to me that they are a very reliable team and reassured me I’ve made the right choice. Overall impressed !
Alex and the wider team at H&G were incredibly helpful in finding our flat for us. Having dealt with all the major letting agencies during our search, none of them came close to the experience H&G provided us with. It's really reassuring to know the H&G team are available to help with any queries during the tenancy as well, it's truly a 5 star service. Couldn't recommend them more!
