Andrew Reeves Estate Agents has taken care of two family properties over many years. I highly recommend their services for managing all aspects of rental and purchase/sale processes. They have been very efficient in providing potential tenants, manage and timely solve any problem at the properties and efficiently assisting with the sales. They know the area very well and have a good understanding of the property market.
We have been using Andrew Reeves off and on since we bought our flat in London in 2006. They found us a good and reliable tenant straightaway and managed the let. Unfortunately there was a leak in the flat that we were unaware of until it became apparent underfoot! In 2010 Andrew Reeves managed the rectification and insurance issues - they managed the various contractors over the many weeks it took to dry out and rebuild water damaged walls, right through to new flooring being installed. We then used the flat ourselves for a number of years until 2019. We instructed Andrew Reeves to find a tenant and again they secured a tenant quickly for us. Following that tenant we decided to update the flat - new flooring, decorating & new furnishings. Hats off to the various personnel from Andrew Reeves that managed all this for us and then again secured a tenant with minimal void time. In the meantime Andrew Reeves took over a different and very difficult let we had with an other agent in London. They sorted it right out and we used Andrew Reeves to sell that flat in the end. I could go on and on, but the message is that I would most definitely recommend Andrew Reeves.
I wanted to write this review because when credit is deserved it should be shared, having been in communication with Lettings & Sales under Andrew Reeves over the past 5 years their service has been invaluable in helping me. With direct communication with Richard Phillips nothing was ever too much trouble whatever time of day. What I liked about Richard was his honesty throughout, his dedication to find a suitable buyer over the course of time in a difficult market with persistence, dedication and commitment with frequent updates. From the letting's perspective, Richard & his Team were professional and thorough and always went the extra mile. I would most definitely use Andrew Reeves again. A warm friendly firm always happy to help with a smile. Well done to Richard & Team We will definitely come back!!
