???? High Street Kensington ???? £6.50 Estrella ❤️ A charismatic corner pub in the backstreets of Kensington. . Nestled on a corner in a quiet side street in Kensington you will find The Builders Arms. The nearest tube is High St Ken which is a five minute walk away. . Well what a pretty little pub we have here. I have visited many a pub in my time and not seen many painted mint green but it works. There is tidy little outside space at the front with some foliage to soften the ambiance, three awnings to shelter you from sun and rain complete the look. . The decor inside is a subtle affair with some stand out pieces to catch your eye, the tropical themed mosaic freeze behind the bar being one. This one bar pub is compact in size but the high ceiling and windows make it feel much bigger. . The beer choice was fairly straightforward with a few craft options available, my choice of beverage was Estrella which was well kept but a little pricey. The food menu is British pub classics and roasts are popular on a Sunday, booking is recommended. . I loved the atmosphere, the place was buzzing and there was such a good vibe here. The clientele was a mix of well healed locals and few Aussie tourists, most punters though were here for a beer. . The @thebuildersw8 was a great find and an excellent place to have a pint. The ambiance here was superb and there was a proper pub feel here. Get this pub on your must visit list. . ℹ️ Information correct on visiting 29/10/22

Nice atmosphere in this small pub. We had very good starters. The charcuterie was very good. However the mains were a bit disappointing. I had the chicken smoked ham hock and leek pie, but it was served with a dark onion gravy which took all the taste away from the pie. Surely it should be served with a creamy sauce. The iberico pork cutlet was a bit dry and tasteless. The sticky toffee pudding was small and a bit dry unfortunately. There were a good range of beers on offer.

Cozy local pub, when it’s sunny out or not rainy people hang out outside on the street, super nice chilled vibes. Seating area outside/covered is perfect to gather on a sunday with friends. I’d highly recommend the chicken pie plate. Staff are also very nice.

Had an excellent Sunday roast and charceturie board. Despite the pub being very busy (a good sign of the quality of pub!) the team were friendly and welcoming, food quality excellent and will be returning

Delightful home away from home pub. This was my local spot while studying in london a decade ago. I took a group of hungry colleagues here on a trip down memory lane- unfortunately, we missed the kitchen closing by a few minutes, but the staff was kind enough to whip us up some burgers. Super welcoming and helpful staff. Would wait out the apocalypse here 10/10
