Reasonable price, very kind receptionists, clean, tidy. The location is perfect, not too close and not too far from the centre. Buses are really close. There are some nice pubs within 5 minutes of walking. They even took delivery of my package while I was away. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately not good. Positives were, good location, less that 5 minutes from underground, and friendly staff. Rooms were also clean. Unfortunately rooms were far far too small with no water pressure in the shower. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, pillows were like bricks. There my just also be a lack of smoke alarms as we could smell cigarette smoke quite intensely from our room.
Don't, as in DON'T, spend your money at this hotel! You are far better off staying at another hotel. Pictures do not represent reality. We had a room with windows only at the ceiling, and it was super noicy. This is NOT luxury, this is NOT newly refurbished. Renting a room here is the owners laughing at you pathetic traveller without a chance to get your money back. NOT RECOMMENDED!
The location is great and receptionists too. We stayed on the 3th floor without any lift. If you have some knees issues like me, this is not the place to stay. Bad point : the shower door doesn't work properly.
Just like another person said previously I booked this stay as a reserve now, pay later and they took $260 from my account and when I called to inquire about it the man was so disrespectful that he hung up in my face. He insisted that the money was a hold but it was literally removed from my account so I wouldn't assume that they are honest business people.
