Positive: Great place to stay at, quite enjoyed it overall. My room was in the basement but it wasn't a problem. The room was generally clean, bathroom is nicely renovated and looks fresh. WiFi worked quite well and didn't had an issue. Bed was comfortable and of medium softness. There was a kettle with a selection of tea and coffee, nice ! There is an option for late check-in, just drop a key and you're done. When entering late at night, they can give you a key, so you know that door is closed at night. Staff was friendly and helpful, thank you ! Not so positive: Location is not the best, it's quite far from the main attractions, but there are bus and subway stations close by. While room is quite quiet there is a problem when people start walking above you. You can hear every single step, not great when it happens early in the morning. Breakfast isn't that bad, but not the best. Only eggs are decent protein sources. You can make your own sandwich or have a portion serial, but that's about it, There isn't much seating area available, so people in groups have to wait. Water runs dry quite quickly, so you need to ask for more or wait. There are some biscuits available in the dinning area later in the day, nice touch.

I'm a single parent and was bringing my son to london for the first time, so was budget was low. It was the cheapest room on the site so I didn't have a lot of expectations. How wrong I was. It was lovely. Great location, lovely room, very nice staff, lovely fresh breakfast. It was perfect. We had a great time. Thank you for having a hotel in London that people like me can afford. We will be back x

Reasonable value for money. Not something exciting or special but clean and convenient enough for a sleep or a rest. There are really terrible hotels out there for similar or more expensive prices and this one is OK, so giving 3 stars might seem unfair, but keep in mind that I would rate with 4 or 5 stars, 4 & 5 star hotels.

If I could give it a - 10 I would ,absolutely filthy, whilst it's a budget hotel there is NO EXCUSE for dirt! I have multiple photos of stains in on the carpet, mold on the window , stains on the curtain. I even put my bath towels down on the floor to step on as it was so so so vile. I honestly don't understand how this is open

I stayed 3 nights and 4 days and it was simply perfect. There’s everything you need. When I booked I didn’t expect to have breakfast included and it was convenient. Their breakfast covers everyone’s taste - from salty to sweet. The staff is kind and really helpful. The Room was clean and big (at least the one where I was staying - a Single room). Plus, the hotel finds itself in a very strategic position, close to the Earl’s Court underground and the city centre. I will recommend it as I had a wonderful experience!
